What time of year makes you feel happy?

‘Spring! When it finally gets here'


‘Each returning day of every time of year brings blessings to mankind, though readiness to receive them can be all too often lacking ‘ 


I love Spring best….the flowers start to bloom, the trees start to get their leaves. Daffodils, color, lighter days + evenings. Hope, life, longing for warmer days, nature, everything starts to look beautiful again. 

And it makes me smile


Sumer because its sunny and it gets hot so. Can do more activities outside such as going out with Family and friends or just going to different places outside because its nice weather.  

What advice do you wish someone had given you?

‘Do things that spark joy’


‘Enjoy each day- remember to say ‘I love you’ every day'

What Place Calms you?

‘We love to walk down the river at Littlehampton, down to the beach and along the beach. We see nature there. We have seen seals and heron among other things’


‘Sitting on the beach watching the waves and sunset’


‘Walking along the beach at low tide. Enjoying the movement of the waves and the smell of the sea. Watching the children searching for crabs in the rock pools’

‘Going round the pond at Emsworth to see the birds’


1-  when I’m in watery the sea, swimming, in the shower.

2- In the woods/forest/somewhere green + lush + quiet.

3 - In my bed zzzzzzzzz


The sea is my happy place. 

It calms me and refreshes me.

Where do you connect to nature?

‘My Garden. It lifts my mood, inspires me with new beginnings constantly changing’


Its all around you, just be present and you will see


A Childs laugh - the whole hearted/full belly kind


Walking in the woods (preferably bluebell)

If you had the ability to fly, where might you go?

I would fly over a sandy beach above the sand on a day that the Sun is shining bright in the sky and theres a soft breeze to cool down from the hot weather.


Anywhere - away from here.


I would go to Spain to see the Alhambra.


EVERYWHERE/AUSTRALIA

BEYOND THE RAINBOW.


Go to Canada to see our son.


Tour the Scottish Islands

What advice do you wish someone had given you?

Not grow up too fast


Love yourself!!!


You are enough!!


Don’t get old.

What would you give the next generation?

Remove mobile phones.


Let them be children.


Be your own self


A sense of humour 


Time


Time to grow up to understand their place in the world.

If you could share a meal with anyone in the world, who would you invite?

In addition to the deceased Nelson Mandela, we would invite Martin Luther, both of whom survived extensive periods of imprisonment, one of prison walls and the other of religious dogma.


With and ever expanding family, I should like and evening meal with WHOLE family

Varies- if I want to get on and do lots of things lively music (eg M People ) helps.

Whats the most beautiful sound in the world?

Laughter! Particularly children’s laughter when playing on the beach.
